VIDEO: Oz Goose sail used for Ethel Canoe Yawl by George Holmes 1888

VIDEO – Classic Canoe Yawl Ethel designed by George Holmes 150 years ago. Rigging it with one of our Oz Goose sails to recreate the original Balance lug main reduced rigging time from near an hour to about 10 minutes and resolved several handling problems. AJ is very happy to have turned a less than perfect boat into a peach. Video has great sailing footage of the Lower Murray River In South Australia.
